I have a long history of professional growth gained by guiding organizations such as Bally/Midway, Universal Networks, IKON Office Solutions, GE Leasametric, Technology Dot Com and SHIFT (formerly Copyco Solutions) to success.

As Founder, President and CEO of Technology Dot Com, I created one of the Top-10 IBM Lotus training center businesses in North America within the first two years of operation. I am currently responsible for designing, building and supporting web-based marketing and communications solutions used by companies like Bridgestone Firestone, Hewlett-Packard, Scientific Voice,
AstraZeneca and The Alzheimers Association, just to name a few.

My career history encompasses training or supporting organizations like CNH Capital, Case IH, Midas, United Airlines, the US Army, the US Treasury, USB, Cargill Investor Services, Price Waterhouse and the US Judicial System.

I have been certified as an IBM Principal Certified Lotus Professional (PCLP), Certified Lotus Instructor (CLI), Certified Novell Netware Engineer (CNE), have been certified in IT Disaster Recovery plus many other industry certifications.

I bring more than 25 years of senior management experience to the Shift team. My focus is on technical application development and maintenance. As part of the Shift Management Team, I lead our technical development efforts as it relates to plan and scope, architecture design, application development, process automation and integration and technical engagement management. I am well versed in variable data and web-to-print technologies, particularly those utilizing Pageflex Server, Pageflex Storefront and Pageflex Campaign Manager.

Personal Information

I am currently involved with the Knights of Columbus at St. Catherine of Siena in West Dundee, IL. and also sing  and play guitar for our Sunday liturgy. I have recently been commissioned as an Extraordinary Minister of the Holy  Communion, bringing the Holy Communion to the home bound. I am also involved in helping out at the PADS/Wayside  shelter in Elgin, IL. I have two teenage children and have been married to my lovely wife for more than 20 years. I enjoy the outdoors, music, playing any one of several guitars, creating and recording music and computers. I also  enjoy astronomy and have been a member of a local astronomy club.
